Steps to take to get help with a residence permit
- Request for assistance: write to us stating that you would like to request assistance with obtaining a residence permit.

- Turnover: annual turnover must exceed 50,000 lari. If your turnover reaches this amount in 4 months, you can also submit documents.
- Account: your bank account must have more than 16,000 lari.
- Employees: if you have foreign employees (including yourself), the turnover must be at least 50,000 lari for each of them. They can also apply for a residence permit for employment.
- Legal residence period: You must have at least 40 days remaining before the end of your legal residence in Georgia (before your visa expires).
