Steps to take to get help with a residence permit

Conditions for obtaining a Georgian residence permit through real estate investment
- The market value of your property must exceed US$100,000 (the assessment will take into account the size, location, view from the windows, and quality of repairs. Furniture and appliances are not taken into account).
- If you are unsure about the value of your property, please contact us for a free preliminary assessment. If it meets the criteria, we can begin the process.
- You must have at least 40 days remaining before the end of your legal stay in Georgia (before visa renewal).
- To reach the amount of $100,000, it is permissible to combine the value of several properties, including land plots.
