Steps to take to get help with a residence permit
- Request for assistance: write to us stating that you would like to request assistance with obtaining a residence permit.
- Analysis of the situation: our employee will analyze your situation in detail:
- collect the necessary documents from the tax office;
- send your passport for translation;
- explain what documents you need to prepare for submission.
- Submission of documents: on the appointed day, you will go to the House of Justice, where you will be met with the prepared documents and helped to fill out the residence permit application.

Conditions for obtaining a Georgian residence permit through education
- Education must be obtained at an educational institution accredited by the Georgian Ministry of Education, whether it be a school or a higher education institution.

You can also apply for renewal on other grounds, with the appropriate set of documents (real estate, employment, investment, reunification, education, or other options). You can start the renewal process no earlier than 90 days before the expiration of your current residence permit.
